Shared Tasks 

Shared Task Lists make sure that jobs are efficiently handled by several employees. Depending on the scope of the project companies can set up any number of Shared Tasks Lists. You specify the respective read and write permissions of the users.

Delegation

Save your jobs twice with OfficeSpot 2.0: With the Deligation Tool, you can schedule where and by which employee a task should be processed.

Quick Add

In OfficeSpot 2.0 new tasks can be generated easily and quickly with a few mouse-clicks thanks to the Quick Add-Function.

Quick Edit

To change the status of tasks in OfficeSpot 2.0, the tasks themselves do not have to be opened. A click on the list is sufficient and the staff are informed about the current processing of individual jobs.

Advanced filtering capabilities 

The advanced Filter Features in OfficeSpot 2.0 offer users the opportunity to sort their respective tasks according to priority and status - the individually adjustable filters, of course, can be saved.

Status & Reports

Individual tasks can be grouped according to their status with the note "not done yet", "in process" or "done". With this three-step tasks control OfficeSpot 2.0 ensures that no job remains unfinished.

Tag Management

Depending on the project and department you can create, view and use any number of tags. OfficeSpot 2.0 distinguishes between private and common tags. Private tags are private. Common, company defined tags, can be used by many users, e.g. to hint the characteristics associated with the execution of certain tasks. Use tags - and jobs are done better. 

Note Management

In order to remain up to date in your tasks, you can write continous individual notes for each entry. In OfficeSpot 2.0 you can create notes in three differenet ways: paper, phone and email notes.
